WHAT DATA DO WE STORE & HOW IS IT USED?
Steph J Dance & Fitness will collect your name, email address and mobile phone number for the purpose of booking your space at classes. This information is stored securely online and is not accessed by anybody other than Steph J Dance & Fitness. The information is used solely for the purposes of determining who will be attending classes, allocating spaces to ensure classes aren't overbooked and using your contact details to remind you of which classes you've booked and keep you updated on any information pertaining to your booked classes, such as room or timetable changes or cancellations of classes.

It is optional to sign up to the Steph J Dance & Fitness blog using the online signup form. By signing up, you are agreeing to be contact by Steph J Dance & Fitness for marketing purposes and for the purpose of delivering information pertaining to classes, courses & events.

Your information is NEVER shared with anybody else or passed on to any third parties.

Your names are stored on paper registers at classes for fire safety. Registers are then stored securely for up to 7 years as these registers are also used as proof of income and for tax purposes.

Many clients are linked through Facebook, so Facebook messenger is also a common means of contacting you.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO OPT OUT?
Booking into classes is entirely optional, however spaces at classes cannot be guaranteed without booking. Walk ins are permitted where space allows.

If you do not wish to recieve any updates on classes via email, please contact Steph on stephjdancefitness@hotmail.co.uk or via 07806931664 to be removed from the system. Additionally, any emails sent out include an unsubscribe function which you are welcome to use at any time.

If you do not wish to hear from Steph J Dance & Fitness via Facebook, please unlike, unfollow or block my profile / page.

If you continue to attend classes please be aware that this level of data storage is a necessity for me to provide a safe and professional level of service. .
