Chair Exercise - Strength & Balance
Service Description
We'll be using light dumbbells with seated exercises, plus simple standing balance exercises (using a chair for support) in a brand new class that combines my experience in Pilates, back pain management and exercise rehab. Everybody is welcome at this class, but it is particularly suited to those who are total beginners to exercise, those returning to exercise after injury, seniors, those wanting a gentler style class to recover from high intensity workouts/sport, or anybody who wishes to build strength and improve balance in a gentle class format.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 2 hours before your class is due to start. Cancellations or reschedules later than this will not be refunded.
