This week we launched something super‑exciting: our very first Pilates Strong VIRTUAL class delivered live on Zoom! 🙌
What is Pilates Strong? Good question — I’m glad you asked! This isn’t your standard mat‑only session. We’ve blended traditional Pilates moves with light weights to create a full‑body, low‑impact workout, with an extra focus on arms and upper body. It builds strength, tones and supports your body — and the best bit? You can do it from the comfort of your own home!
Back in the studio I was busy setting up the new webcam, testing the sound, and making sure the space looked ready to stream! This was the first virtual class I'd delivered since Covid and it was so rewarding to go live again.
