How do I get started? 🤔

As a fitness instructor, I take the "fitness" aspect of my job seriously. Over the last 11 years, I have taught many fitness styles and honed my timetable down to deliver the best, results driven classes that I can offer 👌🏻


But, what does "results driven" actually mean? 🤔

Well, the simple explanation is that classes are constructed with movements and delivered at a level that will illicit measurable fitness and health benefits...


But how is that actually achieved in practice?

Consistency

We all know consistency is key in fitness. The same as how you wouldn't expect to learn a new language in one class... you need consistent practice and exposure to that language to learn. The body needs consistent, regular exposure to the (positive) stress of exercise to start adapting and making changes.


Consistency can often be a circular concept. Once you begin seeing and feeling the positive effects of exercise, you feel a sense of achievement, you become more consistent with your fitness routine, gaining further benefits and cementing that consistency.


My classes are curated to deliver a balance of challenge and achievement so you can leave each class feeling accomplished but knowing there are more challenges to conquer as you continue further.


So the elephant in the room question is.... how do you start that cycle of achievement, challenge and consistency?
